At the time, we were testing the functioning of a machine at a customer; in a neighbouring company,\u00a0<\/span><strong>the same thing<\/strong><span>\u00a0was happening\u00a0<\/span><strong>on another blister control line<\/strong><span>. Specifically, this was a machine to be delivered the following week, but because of the malfunctioning, there was the risk of not being able to deliver it in time. The\u00a0<\/span><strong>inspection system<\/strong><span>\u00a0was unable to work properly on transparent capsules containing a powdered drug.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Working on transparent capsules is very complex for a vision system, because the system tends to check the product contained in the capsule rather than the capsule itself.<\/p>\n<p>RETIN\u00c6 was contacted by XXK to solve the problem and given the situation, our task should have had a dual function: to install a system capable of<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>correctly identifying the transparent powders<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>and to do it<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>in the shortest possible time<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>in order to maintain the pre-established delivery.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column In quel periodo ci trovavamo a testare il funzionamento di un macchinario presso un nostro cliente e in un'azienda limitrofa, stava avvenendo\u00a0<strong>la stessa cosa su un'altra linea di controllo blister<\/strong>. Nello specifico si trattava di una macchina che sarebbe dovuta andare in consegna la settimana successiva, ma a causa del malfunzionamento si rischiava concretamente di non farcela.
