Our collaboration with\u00a0LAMP Pharmaceuticals<\/a>\u00a0(a leading pharmaceutical\u00a0packaging company<\/strong>) has been going on for\u00a010 years<\/strong>. This\u00a0partnership<\/strong>\u00a0has become a sort of “laboratory” for the development and implementation of\u00a0new in-line controls<\/strong>, through\u00a0Vision Systems<\/a>\u00a0designed specifically for the needs of the\u00a0pharmaceutical industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It all started when LAMP needed\u00a0to install a vision control system on a new blister packaging line.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Isoblister<\/h2>\n

After a successful negotiation as a result of the price-performance ratio of our products, we started with the installation of the\u00a0<\/span>ISOBLISTER<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is\u00a0<\/span>ISOBLISTER?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It is a blister product\u00a0<\/span>inspection system<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>that checks\u00a0<\/span>the compliance of drugs<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>inside the cavities and also verifies that the outer surface is free of foreign bodies.<\/p>\n

The one developed for LAMP was\u00a0<\/span>our first<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>officially released\u00a0<\/span>ISOBLISTER Inspection System<\/strong>. It became the starting point for an evolution in which we are still investing.<\/p>\n

The result today is an inspection system capable of meeting all of our customers’ most current requirements,\u00a0<\/span>including the regulatory aspect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What is\u00a0<\/span>ARGOLABEL?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

ARGOLABEL is a\u00a0<\/span>code\u00a0<\/strong>verification system that checks the correct\u00a0<\/span>packaging<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>of the medicine,\u00a0<\/span>avoiding mix-ups of parts of the packaging<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(box, leaflet, etc.) belonging to different products.<\/p>\n

This function is very important because it can\u00a0<\/span>guarantee a safe result<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>both for the health of the consumer and for the legal protection of the company.<\/p>\n

RETIN\u00c6\u00a0<\/span>also installs ARGOLABEL on lines that are already in operation<\/strong>, guaranteeing minimal machine downtime.<\/p>\n

In general, this working methodology is typical of our modus operandi, as we always try to\u00a0<\/span>intervene with the least possible impact on production rhythms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

M-TRACK is a system that controls the traceability and labelling of drug cartons, designed to reduce space requirements and to guarantee maximum performance in printing and transporting the carton in line<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a product that guarantees high standards in terms of packaging\u00a0<\/span>speed<\/strong>, maintaining the\u00a0<\/span>possibility of error almost equal to zero<\/strong>, thanks to the integrated\u00a0<\/span>command and control\u00a0<\/strong>functions.<\/p>\n

M-TRACK interfaces with an ERP system for SAP environments with SOAP interfaces to maximise\u00a0<\/span>traceability and data security.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the results of this control system through the years, we have learnt that\u00a0<\/span>a well-designed serialisation avoids loss of productivity, which would otherwise be certain.<\/strong><\/p>\n
