For Cordenpharma<\/a> <\/strong>we created a new system to control the liquids inside the vials, together with a system for the rejection management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cordenpharma is a leading multinational company in the development and production of drugs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This past year they approached us\u00a0to modernise an old line<\/strong>, not only by installing a\u00a0machine vision system<\/strong>, but also by inserting\u00a0a complete transport machine<\/strong>\u00a0that would support: separation, rotation and ejection of the vials.<\/p>\n

The vision system required for\u00a0the control of liquids in vials<\/strong>\u00a0was a new challenge for us. We enthusiastically accepted this request and took the opportunity to create\u00a0a new product that would meet a widespread need in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Isocap<\/h2>\n

Cordenpharma’s old line needed\u00a0<\/span>a new vial control sy<\/strong>stem, which we developed specifically for this project, as well as a rejection management system. Working together with our partners we realised the complete machine, not only the vision system:\u00a0<\/strong>ISOCAP<\/strong>\u00a0was born.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is ISOCAP?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISOCAP<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>is a system that performs\u00a0<\/span>morphological, level and label presence and finish checks<\/strong>, in particular the typical\u00a0<\/span>flaming<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>check is performed on vials, while on bottles the\u00a0<\/span>seal integrity<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>check.<\/p>\n

Anti-mixing checks<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>are also carried out by checking colour codes.<\/p>\n

We were able to develop the liquid control system and successfully install it on the line, minimising downtime during assembly and testing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We now have\u00a0<\/span>a new and tested product\u00a0<\/strong>that meets a widespread need in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n
